Want to discover a wild landscape and to enjoy a romantic getaway in your boat cabin on the Loire River, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

“La Toue Charme”, your new boat cabin on The Loire River, is a traditional Loire Boat replica, called “toue cabanée” in French, an old boat which used to navigate on the Loire till the beginning of the 20th century.

In the comfortable and cozy living, you will be well-situated to observe the Loire wilderness and its landscapes with your lover. You may prefer to settle on the Boat front: there, you will find a nice and sunny place to sunbathe; but you also may have there a romantic candlelight meal or spend hours to gaze stars after having observed a marvelous sunset. A magic moment ! For your nights, you will fall asleep soothed by the water sound as if you and your loved one were alone.

Thanks to the kitchen area and the small but real bathroom, you will be able to extend your romantic getaway with your lover for several days.

La Toue Charme, your hut on the Loire River, is installed on the banks of the Loire between La Chapelle aux Naux and Bréhémont (3.5 km of the domain). Distance access can vary according to the Loire's level (from 50 to 200 m). Access on board by a small gangway.

The Loire banks are the domain of the small animals, the dragonflies and other spiders. We do what's necessary to limit their presence in the boathouse. However, arachnophobes may have some troubles...

Prepare your stay

Check-in : For safety reasons but mostly for you to fully enjoy your hut, check-in is requested before nightfall (between 4.30 PM and 7 PM in the summer, between 4.30 pm and 6 pm in the spring and autumn). If you are delayed, thanks for letting us know your estimated time of arrival as soon as possible.

Check-out is set at max 11 AM on the last day of your stay.

Thanks for using appropriate shoes (no high heels). Please make sure to use only dry shoes inside of the hut. At mid-season, bring warm enough sleeping clothes.

The hut is smoke-free. Guest welcome and pets are not allowed on site. For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed.
