WELCOME SPECIAL CONDITIONS

In 2022, some of the sanitary measures taken in 2020 and 2021 will be maintained.

Before arrival :

You will receive the security form and last payment will be requested by mail to prevent from direct contact.

CABINS PREPARATION

In addition to the current and meticulous household, the following actions will be implemented :

  • Wearing of mask, gloves and special blouse for the housekeepers
  • Ventilation of cabins at every guest departure as usual but also before every guest arrival
  • Disinfection of all the contact points (switches, handles, tapes etc...) with appropriate products
  • Use of disinfection products on other cabin’s areas
  • hydroalcoholic gel available in every cabin
  • Removal of the touristic flyers holder and provision of a link for touristic information on our website
  • Desinfection of cabin’s key after each departure

IN THE PARK

  • hydroalcoholic gels available at the Domain entry

During the stay :

We will adapt the check-in as followed :

  • Mask wearing for staff and guest if necessary (illness)
  • Hydroalcoholic gel available
  • Remote payment if needed or sent of an internet link

For the meals :

  • Sanitary measures for meals preparation,
  • Use of recycable disposable Dishes
  • Sent of meal menu by sms just after tha basket's delivery

Spa : 

  •  1 spa only / 24H
  •  Disinfection of Water, filter and contacts points before and after
  •  No shoes in the spa
  • Hydro alcoholic solution available

As a remainder, we kindly remain you that each cabin is isolated from the other and that our guests will have no problem to respect the requested sanitary distance.
